To indicate the location of our offices, we use Google Maps application when displaying location maps.     B.1. Personal Data

    The following provisions detail how SATI S.A. collects and uses your personal data and informs you of the measures taken to protect them following your visit to our website. SATI S.A. protects the privacy of its users by respecting the applicable regulations in force. We invite you to regularly review our Privacy Policy for the latest updates. The practices of third party websites, in connection with our website, regarding the collection and use of personal data, are not part of this Privacy Policy.

    You represent and warrant the authenticity and accuracy of all information you submit to us. By using this website and sending us your personal data, you consent that it will be collected and used by SATI S.A. under the conditions indicated below.     B.1.1. Which personal data do we collect and why?

    When you contact us, via our contact form, you expressly provide us with personal data such as: First name, Name, Company, and E-mail address. These data are stored in our database which allows SATI S.A. to provide you with the information you have requested. We are also likely to use these data as part of tracking the activity of the website. This follow-up gives us a better understanding of how you use the website and thus better service.

    We will only use information about you for the purposes indicated below:

    The collection and use of personal data is governed by the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

    For your information, personal data include personal individual-related data (such as your name, contact details, which you have communicated to us) and electronic identification data, available on or from your computer ( such as «cookies» or «IP addresses»).     The user has the right to access, amend and delete personal data as well as the right of total or partial objection for legitimate reasons, to processing of such data. The user may exercise all these rights by writing to us through our contact form. So that we can satisfy this request, the user will have to provide us with the necessary details to identify him/her: first name, name, e-mail address and eventually postal address, while informing us precisely of his/her wishes.

    SATI S.A. endeavours to protect user’s personal data against damage, loss, misappropriation, intrusion, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, SATI S.A. cannot guarantee the absolute security of internet transmissions due to the «open» nature of the network and draws your attention to the existence of possible risks in terms of occasional loss of data or breach of confidential data passing through this network. SATI S.A. guarantees that it has taken all necessary measures to ensure the maximum protection of personal data in accordance with the legal requirements in force.

The ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, will be exclusively competent, all appeals filed to the Federal Court being reserved.
